2011 NFL DRAFT top 64 after draft declaration day

Well we know who's in and out now. The loss of Andrew Luck is crushing to Carolina and this draft is no way near as good (especially in 1rst round quality ) as last years, but it's a done deal now. Many will rise and fall during the next few months because of all star games, personal workouts, background checks, off the field incidents, and the combine. A record number of underclassmen did declare the for the draft , and there is plenty of talent in the 2nd and later rounds because of it, but not as many guys with a 1rst round grade as last year. However this is how we see it shaping up early. This is NOT a mock draft. This is a list ranking draft eligible players as of today. Next to each player is the NFL player we feel they will most resemble if they are a hit. The comp is for on the field play only and the higher they are ranked the more likely we think they will reach that comparison.
