2016 NFL DRAFT TOP 75 PROSPECTS

Been grinding tape all week, and have some new additions to this expanded board. Not to mention that there are some small school guys that I have had very little exposure to so far, or guys I didn't expect to come out who did that I haven't even broken down a single game on. So also keep that in mind along with the fact that some of these guys will get hurt, get in trouble off the field, impress & disappoint in ALL-STAR games, on the chalkboard, or in interviews. Trying to predict the top prospects when I have only broke down the tape of a few games of most players considered top prospects right now is probably a tad premature, although their are some I have been watching for years now, but here it is anyway. The prospects have former or current NFL player comparisons below their name , so you can get an idea of what kind of player they might become. While I have designations for players with reported character(#) or injury(**) issues, every single year guys fall due to both that aren't reported in the general media until after the draft. Especially medical problems where a player who has great tape is thought to have a chronic long term medical issue according to the NFL teams medical professionals. With that being the case I am now just ranking them due to their play on the field. So if you wonder why I have a guy a lot higher or lower in my mock drafts it could be because of already generally reported injury or character issues, but it could also be I just value them higher than I think some teams will. It could also be that some teams draft for need, scheme first, or position value like QB for instance. Right now I see a draft deep on the defensive side off the ball.  Interior D-line is the deepest overall position with 10-15 possible players that could go in the first 2 rounds. Edge rusher, corner back , safety, and off the ball linebackers all have at least one potential top 10 pick. All of those positions have at least 5 players with a chance to go in the first 2 rounds.  On offense the O-line is the strongest position group, especially at tackle in the top 2 rounds, but there is depth at center throughout the draft. There is no clear cut elite franchise QB at the top of of this draft right now, even though I think it likely that 3 QB's go in the first round, and it's a deep enough group that I think it possible that as many 8 could go in the top 100. Of the 2 QB's I currently have with a 1rst round grade neither of them are as highly graded as Winston & Mariota last year. Although the rest of this years draft is better in blue chip talents at the top compared to last season .Feel free to comment . Agree or disagree is fine with me, but please do it respectfully & intelligently. I'll debut my top 100 right before the senior bowl.

# Is for a player with with reported character or maturity concerns.

** Is for a player with reported injury concerns.

THE ELITE-These are the kind of players that we see as possible rare and special talents that will be possible trade up targets into the expensive top 10. As always franchise quarterback trumps all, but I don't have one in this group.
